To provide its core features, the App requests access to the following information on your device:

Contacts (READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS): The App accesses your device's contact list so you can view, search, add, edit, organize, and share your contacts. Your contacts are processed locally on your device only.

Call Logs (READ_CALL_LOG): The App accesses your call history so it can display your recent, incoming, outgoing, and missed calls within the App. Call log data is used for display purposes only.

Phone (CALL_PHONE / Default Phone Handler): The App may request permission to make phone calls and to act as your default phone/dialer app so you can place and manage calls directly from the App.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, sell, or share:

  • Your contact list or any contact details
  • Your call history or call recordings
  • Your SMS messages
  • Your precise location
  • Any personally identifiable information such as your name, address, or government ID

3. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, certain non-personal information may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the App:

Advertising (Google AdMob): The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device type, and general (coarse) location to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. How We Use Information

The limited information described above is used only to:

  • Provide and maintain the App's core features (dialer, contacts, call history)
  • Display advertisements to keep the App free
  • Improve App stability and performance
  • Fix bugs and crashes

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Non-personal advertising and analytics data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed in Section 3 (Google AdMob⚠️[, Google Firebase]) under their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Security

Your contacts and call logs remain on your device and are protected by your device's built-in security. We take reasonable measures to ensure the App does not expose your data to unauthorized parties. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your contacts and call logs are stored only on your device, you are in full control of your data at all times. You can delete any data by:

  • Deleting contacts or call log entries within the App or your device settings
  • Uninstalling the App, which removes all App data from your device

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Third-Party Links

Advertisements in the App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the European Union, CCPA in California, LGPD in Brazil), you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete data. Since we do not collect your personal data on our servers, most of these rights can be exercised directly on your device as described in Section 7.
